Visiting guests on Corporate Account need to provide a letter (or E Mail) of confirmation from their Corporate House. They also need to provide a photocopy of their Proof of Identity and Proof of Permanent Address before checking in. This is mandatory at the time of Check-in.

Advance Bookings are accepted only on 100% advance payment only. Any exceptions are at our discretion.
All payments are the responsibility / liability of the Guest, whether Individual or a Corporate Executive, and have to be settled before vacating the Apartment.
The accommodation provided is for the committed date schedules only. Any modification / extensions are accepted subject to no other overlapping prior booking of other Guests.
